This Quinoa Detox Bowl is a wholesome and nourishing recipe that will provide your body with a nutrient-packed boost. Ingredients: 

  • 1 1/2 cup cooked quinoa 
  • 2 cup mixed vegetables (broccoli, carrots, bell peppers, onion) 
  • 1 cup cooked chickpeas 
  • 1/2 cup of fresh cucumber
  • 1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes 
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro 
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, sautéed vegetables, chickpeas, and chopped cilantro. 
  1. Squeeze the juice of 1 lime over the bowl. 
  1. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 
  1. Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
