Detox Blueberry-infused Smoothie

Wash the blueberries, spinach, and cucumber thoroughly (Apple cider vinegar and bi-carb are a perfect way to rid them of harmful organisms/external chemicals)
In a blender, add the blueberries, banana, spinach, cucumber, almond milk, chia seeds, lemon juice, and grated ginger (if using).
Blend the ingredients on high speed until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency. If desired, add a few ice cubes for a chilled smoothie.
Pause blending occasionally to scrape down the sides of the blender, ensuring all the ingredients are well incorporated.
Once the smoothie reaches your desired consistency, taste and adjust the flavors as needed. You can add more lemon juice for a tangier taste or a teaspoon of honey or maple syrup if you prefer a sweeter smoothie.
